At Noir Hom, we only accept returns for the following reasons:

1. An incorrect item

2. A defective item

In the case of an incorrect/defective item sent, we sincerely apologise for it. Please inform us by taking a snapshot of the defective item and drop us an email at within 7 working days. 

All items must be unused and in brand new condition and we regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements. Should we find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, the item will be returned and all postage costs will be borne by the customer.

Damage during delivery

All Noir Hom, our products are packaged and delivered with the utmost care.

However, in the case where you receive a produced damaged during delivery, please drop us a mail at  within 7 working days. Please attach a photo of the damaged product in the mail and we will do everything in our power to rectify it.


We do not have a warranty period and will not accept any refunds or exchanges for items damaged by wear and tear. These include scratches, marks and cracks.
